• Participation in the reception and verification of the executed works and on determining phases;

• Periodic verification, in the field, of the accuracy of the data in the reception minutes and of the hidden works;

• The site manager's responsibilities are those stipulated in the legislation in force and those established by the contract.

• The provider will draw up the Construction Book based on its own records and the documents provided by the designer and builder and will forward them to the beneficiary.

​

• The services provided regarding the technical assistance activity by site managers are considered completed once the reception at the end of the works and the delivery to the beneficiary of the technical book of the construction.
